The Bioloid Premium Kit has everything needed to build one of the top performing humanoids available today. Quick moves really sets this 'bot ahead of others. The new CM-510 is an improved version of the already successful CM-5 Bioloid Controller. A new Robo-Plus software can be used with easy animation programming or the C programming language. Along with a new funky and cool design makes the Bioloid Premium Kit one of the most functional and comprehensive humanoid robot kits on the market today.
This Bioloid Robot Kit is designed as a modular, flexible robot platform allowing the construction of many different robot shapes.
The unique feature of the Robot is its Dynamixel Protocol, a one-wire, daisy-chain digital bus that connects all servos and devices at a speed of
1 Mbps.
The kit includes 18 servos (Degrees of Freedom) an can be assembled in a variety of ways. The included AX-12 servos offer high torque (14 kg / cm) and reliability and are one of today's most popular servos among Robot enthusiasts.
Note: Due to a change in the type of plastic used in the Bioloid Premium Kit, the use of liquid type or Loctite 242 is HIGHLY discouraged as it may damage the plastic parts. Stick type Loctite 248 and Loctite 268 has been tested and found acceptable.
